WHAT IS ACT?

Make Space for What You’re Experiencing.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on psychological flexibility, the ability to stay connected to what matters while navigating difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Rather than trying to eliminate uncomfortable experiences, ACT can help you change your relationship with them and take action guided by your values.

Notice thoughts and emotions without automatically reacting to them.

Accept difficult experiences without letting them define your direction.

Connect with the values that matter most to you.

Act in ways that move you toward a meaningful life.
