Frequently Asked Questions
It means therapy is shaped around your experiences, concerns, preferences, and goals rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
People may seek support for anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-worth, family concerns, and recurring emotional or behavioral patterns. A psychologist can help determine whether care is appropriate for your needs.
The first session is an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, share relevant experiences, and begin identifying your concerns and goals. The specific process may vary.
Dr. Clauselle describes her approach as integrative and collaborative, with therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s experiences and goals. The focus of care can evolve as those needs become clearer.
