WHAT IS SOLUTION-FOCUSED THERAPY?

A Different Way to Look at Change.

Solution-focused therapy focuses on your desired future rather than spending all of your time analyzing the problem. It explores what you want to change, when things work better, and what you can learn from those moments.

The approach can help you identify strengths and resources you already have and use them to create practical steps toward your goals.
