More Than Talking. A New Way to Understand Yourself.
Psychotherapy creates space to explore what you’re experiencing, recognize patterns, and understand what may be shaping how you think, feel, and respond. Dr. Renee Clauselle brings more than 20 years of clinical experience to a thoughtful, modern approach to psychotherapy.
Explore: Understand what brings you to therapy.
Connect: Recognize patterns and relationships.
Move Forward: Turn insight into meaningful next steps.

Your Experience Is the Starting Point. There’s More to Explore. Psychotherapy offers more than a place to talk. It creates space to slow down, make connections, and see your experiences from a different perspective.

WHAT IS PSYCHOTHERAPY?
A Space to Understand What’s Really Going On.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process between you and a trained mental health professional. Through conversation and reflection, you can explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and experiences that may be affecting how you feel and function.
Dr. Renee Clauselle brings a clinical psychology perspective to that process, creating space to understand your experience while exploring patterns, possibilities, and what may come next.
Explore: Talk openly about what brings you to therapy.
Understand: Identify patterns, perspectives, and experiences worth examining.
Reflect: Consider how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect.
Move Forward: Use new insight to consider meaningful changes and next steps.
